The 40 Series comprises relays which include the following features (according to Type):
- PCB/plug-in versions DC coils (standard or sensitive)
- 500 or 650 mW & AC 5.3 mm pin length 8 mm
- 6 kV (1.2/50 μs) isolation, coil – contacts
- DC coils, 500 or 650 mW
- 3.5 or 5.3 mm pin length
- 8 mm, 6 kV (1.2/50 μs) isolation, coil – contacts
- Flux proof: RT II standard (RT III version available)
